CPL Round Three: It’s all to play for

By 28th July 2017 February 28th, 2018 2017 News, Club

If this were Premier League football, Sky Sports would have spent a lot of money on a fancy advert to scream about just how important this latest round of fixtures are.

As it is, this is the EweMove-sponsored Chertsey Premier League and we’ll have to make do with this post for now.

Nevertheless, the final round of league matches takes place this Sunday with everything to play for.

The honour of finishing top of the league will be decided by the outcome of Gogmore Knights vs Meads Enforcers in the first match, starting at 1pm. The winner will qualify directly for the EweMove CPL Final next month.

Then, in the second match, Grove Armada and Bourne Stars will battle it out to avoid elimination from the tournament, with the victor progressing to take on whichever team finishes second in the league in a semi-final on Finals Day.
