Well, it was another fantastic day down at Chertsey Cricket Club on June 25th for the second round of the CPL.
There was another huge turnout of support and the weather was kind once again for what is proving to be a huge hit of an event at the club. And the cricket was pretty good too
The Meads Enforcers held on against Grove Armada, who needed three fours from the last three balls of the innings to win in the first match.
Then, Gogmore Knights stormed to victory against Bourne Stars later on, led by an explosive display of hitting from skipper Jack Ogle.
The avid followers among you will know that, with one game remaining in the league phase, there are two undefeated teams and two winless ones.
And, thanks to the genius of the fixture computer, those sides play each other in round three.
The Enforcers and Knights do battle first, with the winner taking top spot and a direct route to the final.
Later on, the winless Stars and Armada fight it out. The winner qualifies for the semi-final in third place. The loser is out, clutching a wooden spoon.
Before then, you can whet the whistle with some more superb camera work from official CCC pap Honey Redmond:
